Things you need to know
 

You use the twistedconceptsbmx.com website at your own risk.

Many of our items can be personalised and customised to the individual buyer and are not “off the shelf” items.  Due to this, we are often bound by the manufacturer's terms and conditions for the purchase, lead times and warranty.

DELIVERY PRICING NOTICE JAN 2020

Due to the fluctuating cost of delivery and the bespoke nature of your order, a delivery deposit will be taken and prior to despatch, your goods will be weighed and priced according to the delivery company used. Any monies owed will then be invoiced and your goods WILL ONLY BE DESPATCHED AFTER THIS PAYMENT HAS BEEN PAID.

 

In addition, many of these items are imported into the UK, so need to be processed through HM Revenue & Customs.  Please be aware that this can cause a delay in delivery, and although we try our very best to give you a fair and reasonable idea of when you can expect to receive your goods, we cannot predict how long it will take HMRC to process the items.

Due to the large array of options, the majority of Onyx Hub orders are on a pre-order basis, with delivery expected to be 4 weeks from receipt of payment.

Items will not be dispatched until full payment has been received.  We always try to dispatch items as quickly as possible, but this may be delayed by processes outside of our control, such as manufacturer lead times or HMRC processes.

Twisted Concepts does not assume any liability arising from your use of this website.

We always strive to provide you with accurate information.

Shipping Policy
 

We will advise you in advance of the cost of shipping.

We use PayPal for payment and adhere to all PayPal  payment policies.

Twisted Frame orders

All frame orders are on a pre-order basis, with delivery expected to be 6-8 weeks from receipt of deposit.

Returns Policy (Warranty)
 

Due to selling multiple custom or personalised items, some items will not be refundable or returnable. If on receipt the product is broken or has a fault, we will consider a refund, depending on the branded item.

 

Some items will be refundable, and/or exchangeable so long as these items are in a sellable and un-used condition

Refunds may take up to 28 days to process.

 

Any bends, stripped out threads, twisting, denting or other such damage is accepted as a sign of rider abuse or incorrect maintenance and not product failure and is not covered by warranty.

WARRANTY IS FOR THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER AND THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE ONLY.

The original purchase receipt is required for any warranty claim to be considered. 

 

To make a claim please return the item with the original purchase receipt to us, All warranty items must be returned before replacements are issued. Replacement parts do NOT come with a warranty.

Posting a photo of your failed product is not the best way to claim a warranty.  Please contact us with immediate effect so we can resolve your issue promptly in a fair professional manner. Any modifications to our products must be performed by a suitably qualified person to avoid voiding your warranty, Claims on modified parts will be taken on a case by case process.
